Returns & refunds

If something you bought from TCG Store isn't right, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Faulty or not as described. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what we described (including a card's condition), we'll repair, replace or refund it, as the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 requires.

Change of mind. Unopened sealed product can be returned within 14 days in the condition it left us. Singles, opened product and pre-orders are not returnable for a change of mind.

How refunds work. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 working days of us receiving the item. Cash payments are refunded in person.
