Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from TCG Store. Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Prices. In New Zealand dollars, including GST where we're registered for it. Delivery, if you choose it, is shown before you pay.

Stock. We hold an item for you from the moment you start paying. If something sells out in that time, you won't be charged for it.

Collecting. Bring the pickup code from your order page. Card orders are held until collected; reservations paid in cash are held for the time shown at checkout and then released.

Condition. Singles are graded honestly and photographed where marked. Sealed product is sold sealed; we can't guarantee what's inside a pack.

Limits. We may limit how many of an item one customer can buy, and cancel orders that get around a limit, with a full refund.
